In the rare instance that a Goss product is discovered to be defective due to material and/or workmanship issues, we stand behind our commitment to quality. We offer a replacement free of charge, subject to certain conditions. Our products are backed by guarantees that align with the rights granted to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund in the case of a major failure, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, you have the right to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards, provided the failure does not constitute a major failure.

Retail Purchases: If you have purchased a Goss product from a retailer, we kindly request that you return to the location of purchase.
